Genpact is a worst company no work life balance, low salary hike, no promotions, no night shift allowance, daily extending work, month end is very terrible 😣🤢 management asking to work on Saturdays and they will pay low weekend amount.

...ees, Skill Development / Learning won't give any time for this how can we learn. Salary & Benefits Nil. Give full targets to complete and give lesa salary and less incentives. Totally very bad company 😕. but still I am working very bad to tell my self I am feeling shie to be a part of this toxic company. I am staying only because WFH provides only the reason.

...ry good work atmosphere for ladies. Working at Genpact has a good job guarantee. We receive salary on time and also bonus as per company terms and conditions.

Wash area is dirty though the house keeping staff cleans. We require the instructions and how to keep clean stickers inside the wash rooms.

if u didn't find any good job then please u always have option to join genpact, not too good company in term of work life balance and salary benifits but manageable.

too much pressure, unnecessary assignment which does not make any sence, too much manual work, no salary and other benifits. but good culture, 100% job security also managemant is quite good. but pathetic exit process ,they will deduct some amount from F&F even they process it very late after so many follow up.
