Genpact is been a worst experience for me. Salary was good that's it.

Dislikes

A lot of work pressure from the beginning and after project completion they put employees on bench for just cost reduction and do not allocate them on other projects. They simply give a bench letter and as the employee to leave after 2 months.

No specific parameters for Promotions. Though we are fulfilling and exceeding the expectations the variable pay and appraisals are not much. Though we are standout performers we cannot expect much recognition as management is biased.

1) Work-life Balance 2) On-time Salary 3) Good Managers/ Collegues 4) The Main goal is to increase the company's strength so focusing more on Recruitment. 4) They have the best clients i.e., GE, Baker Hughes

Dislikes

1) Not a competitive paymaster especially for Freshers 2) Training portal is horrible they have a Learning portal named Genome, which was created by Genpact maybe it's a collection of open-source gathered and kept as training, there was no udemy, Coursera, etc. 3) Very very slow environment, not much growth opportunity I found. 4) They hire for no reason and Keep as a backup on the bench. 5) No Appreciation for entry-level jobholders. 6) Newly implemented policy called VIC and I always give my best but get a low ratings.

I liked in Skill development in Genpact. They are not supporting in Covid-19 situation even they are not providing internet allowance and not focusing employees health. Company looking for revenue earning but not concentrate employee health.

Dislikes

They will not give ontime hikes (salary). comparative another companies salary package is very les.Always check employee loop wholes.

Genpact is one of the greatest company in the bpo sector.job satisfaction is high and all the teammates are extremely supportive.there is so much opportunity to growth your carrier.

Genpact pay less salary compare to the other company.
