Salary is low in Genpact. You have to maintain Time on system for 7:30 hr daily as your productive hours.

Company is good but you talk about the management and employer behaviour is completely worst. There is no work life balance and every employee is overloaded.

I like the working environment of the organization. People are so supportive here be it a manager, process owner, AVP or a VP, every one is so supportive. Though, I left the organization before pandemic and wanted to join back during pandemic. Would like to join again in future.

Nothing specifically, but I would have been more than happy if I had a handsome package.

Work environment, flexibility if there is any urgency, management is cooperative, facilities for self-developments, educational programmes for employees, good growth, promotions prosprctive if you are hard working and have really good knowledge of domain.
