...so get higher package and there is no salary slab structure for different roles. It creates a lot of variance in pay. Genpact as a company needs to improve on its basic applications like raising attendance. Work culture is mostly relaxed in terms of improvement of workplace. Your career growth depends completely on your management as they have to relase you first before you can apply for IJPs. Even though you have completed your tenure and are eligible to grow, your management can still ask you to wait for years before they release you and there is no proper setup on the same. Even though you are the best in the project, your appraisal depends on the rapport you have with management. Those who ask tough questions are not given good ratings.

Sometimes even after getting good appraisals rating and customer appreciations the increase in pay is very slow and less compared to other corporates which is de-motivating. You want to grow both designation wise as well as financially but both don’t go well side by side.

Gives you flexibility that you need once you have your family. Have large number of processes that can give enough exposure to an individual to grow

Dislikes

Extremely less salary. No facilities like transport. Internal support with respect to IT/Telecom is below average. High salary paid to individuals who are hired from other organization at the same level.

I am sharing about some good things while working at Genpact. Working 5 days a week was good. Had good trainings, Got OJT opportunity Got good returns for heard work

... is very strict full, Working timing is very strict full. Growth is very slow. People who got out of Genpact should be given some, pay for the services rendered by them, as in my Husband's case he is not on to job as he was having some issues. He is out of work for the last 10 year's. Genpact should provide some retirement benefits for the employees who has worked for more than 10 year's with the company. Or Genpact should recheck in providing job opportunity for the employees so that they restart the job again. Genpact should have some human nature towards there ex employeees.

Low compensation and worst management whatever process you are in. Here you won't be able to connect with your HR. Everyone behaves like they own the company and they are paying you.
