All the team members are well educated and have handful of experience. They always encourage knowledge sharing. Everyday it's learning process at GETL. Understanding the work culture of other similar companies, the work-life balance at GETL is amazing.

Dislikes

Everything is fine but also money matters and pay wise I always felt the company could have been better.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
