My new employer wants me to join by 8th Jan, my current employer is not leaving me till 24th which is a long time. I requested them to reduce notice period but they denied, what should I do? ... and very happy environment. Good leadership, they have a plan for the future. Good Benefits, Variable pay is very high, but they pay 100 percent all the time(not sure for everyone) Special mention is CEO Hari and CTO Girish. They know how to build a family.

Nothing to dislike, but I may had a concern about the variable component. Which is like 12 percent.

Team members are helpful & are there for any support.

Dislikes

Appraisal are not upto the mark. Training programs are not there much. There is no yearly bonus. Even though company provides medical insurance it is deducted from the CTC. You will lose work life balance sometimes.

Dislikes

Initial appraisal and salary was good. Following years, the managers who are not even in you team will be giving appraisals, which is not transparent. I was told to learn a completely different technology for 2 projects. Could not return to my old domain.
