Likes

Work culture is very good at Frontline. No micro management and the leadership is very supportive. But no career growth much. You can avail your paid leaves and managers approves easily. managers are from US but from India. Follows US culture, so no pressure at work.

Dislikes

Office is very small and no cafeteria. Hike is pretty decent. On an average you could get 10 percent hike. Could be more. N

Nice place to work and it's not that toxic and hectic in comparison to other companies. Best place and position to work if you want to prepare for something along with working.

Dislikes

The work we do here is clerical and I don't know why they are hiring lawyers for this position. Although we work for American law firms but still our tasks does not need legal experience. And ofcourse it's a Night shift.

It is one of the best MSPs I ever worked with, I enjoy working in this company, and management is super duper supportive!

I do not have a single response to dislike this company. I have been happy working here from last more than 3 years.

There is nothing to like except work from home

Dislikes

No proper induction. No proper training. Very risky to join this organisation as there is 0 job security. I was confirmed after 6 months of probation and in the 8th month of my employment HR and manager called all of a sudden and told me today is my last working day due to the organisation restructuring and all my access were revoked in next 30 min.
