No clear communication happen from their end on these and compensation is a big issues on promotion w.r.t market but as everything comes with a cost so you get job security which is very high but compensation is low

...ement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling .Company policies are good ,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year .
