Management doesn't care what are your skills and won't let u in good projects. Since the management has to be in safer side, they just tends to receive cad task based projects and no NPD at all. Here few projects do NPD but it is just a cad support for NPD projects. Onsite engineers just gives inputs in ppt with pics and we need to blindly follow it. if questions asked in offshore u will be treated bad as they don't have any answers for that

Bureaucracy at its peak, no diversity most employees are of one particular group and mostly biased decision making

Very poor benifits even cab facilities are commercial, in campus food court is horrible n money minded , no response for any feedback

In my experience I trust my team ,zero support from Management. Heads should prioritize what should flow from. Top Down and Bottom up. There are cases of mood swings offline technogies where it drives the business decisions ,calling out Artificial intelligence & Machine learning and Block chain will die . What a Blind vision and spreading the toxic culture in the environment.. You will be taken care only if you work on top priorities of the organization,otherwise you have to experience the pain whatever the innovation or value streams you deliver Finally calling out Employees not leaving the companies ,leaving the toxic culture of the Bosses

Work life balance is so good. Higher motivational factors that encourage to perform to our higher potential.

Employee basic benefits are decided on cost cutting basis which is to be improved to other MNC standards.
