Management doesn't care what are your skills and won't let u in good projects. Since the management has to be in safer side, they just tends to receive cad task based projects and no NPD at all. Here few projects do NPD but it is just a cad support for NPD projects. Onsite engineers just gives inputs in ppt with pics and we need to blindly follow it. if questions asked in offshore u will be treated bad as they don't have any answers for that...Read More
