I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. So, fast forward to happy hour with the team, and the topic of salary comes up. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me. They weren’t mad at me, but now I’m feeling a bit uncomfortable and unsure how to handle this situation. Has anyone had something like this happen? How did you deal with it? Let’s chat!

...es. No work life balance, people are not well mannered and very un professional. Except for the salary no additional benefits you get such as good medical insurance for you and family. No proper food timings and breaks during shift hours.

Learning for people with 0-4 years of experience will be the only thing you can enjoy.

Dislikes

...o job security, career growth as slow as tortoise (sometimes tortoise move fast. hahah), salary and appraisal only on paper, no travel allowances, poor work environments from the top to the bottom and no concept of innovation at all. the security guard has a higher work life balance than force employee. Their politics are as good as Taliban's.

... no chilling area. Company policies are not good, there is no appraisal concept. They not give good salary hike and bonus every year, no job security. Company owner is one kind of dictator. After probation period completion they will not give confirmation letter even after 1.5 years. Overall this company is not worth.
