...you will work in this company.they can terminate you anytime without any notice. They are not providing salary for bench period.

It's a contract company and salary will be credited on time based on timesheet approval from client

No job security. They will terminate you instantly once client company release us. No notice period when they client release but if we want to resign we need to give 2 months notice.

Nothing to like here. They all are fraud. Each and every person working in HR is a fraud.

You wont get your salary on time. Every month you have to beg for your own hard-work. You won’t even get your relieving documents on time, there are highly possibility that ur next job will suffer due to their delay in relieving doc. Many times even after deliver the offer letter they refuse to appoint you. One more thing if they are hiring you for TCS then there is high possibility that they will refuse to appoint you even after releasing the offer letter. And if you got recruited then no one in TCS hr will take you on serious note coz we f Foray face value in TCS

The salary was on time and was at end of month not like other third party companies giving at 5-7 of each month

...h for a new job at the end of the year which was difficult I had completed my 1.3 years and still they dint approached me for apprasials In offer letter they mentioned if they ask me to leave any time since projects were not there they will give me 2 months basic salary Which was also not provided by them So if u join they will give you salary on time But no job security

...e, we need to give interview for new client irrespective of our working profile. If we not get the project then immediately terminate without giving salary.
