I like being a team leader at Focus Edumatics because I get to work with a great team and help them do their best. It's also a company that cares about education and making a positive impact, which I find really important and inspiring.

Except at peak hours, there is no job pressue. Your pay will arrive on schedule. Not a terribly strict office.

I would advise the management to adjust the pay in line with the going rate. Need to add night shift allowance, bons and incentives.

...s are someone picked up from streets who doesn't know anything about management. In the name of cost cutting they just fire people randomly irrespective of performance and only people from Tamil are favoured even though they can't even speak English properly or teach anything. If you are someone outside of Tamil Nadu even though you are performing good they will only prefer those from Tamil. The TLs PMs and APMs are buggers who are just waste and good for nothing. Big time idiots who are not at all employment worthy but just because there is a racism partiality these buggers are sitting on top. There is no difference between the TLs and APMs and a roadside garbage picker. A garbage picker is worth more than the newly hired idiot Directors.

...thout any intimation. They won’t provide proper reason for sudden termination. They don’t even give proper salary. I got 11,000 less than my actual salary for the last month. HR’s are inexperienced and they don’t provide proper information about salary.
