There is nothing to say good about focus edumatics pvt. Ltd even though I was a part of this organisation for more than two years.

... given assignments and strictly instructed to do funny videos and upload them. Promotion and salary hikes are unimaginable but the management wants their employees to show productivity equal to the employees who work in other companies. What I mean here is the company has low clients and you don't get students to teach but the management ask the tutors to take sessions and show productivity. These guys are completely ridiculous. You will get to degrade yourself once you get employed here.

...pany then, be ready to get fire on any time even you give good performance also. They don't give you any notice period and even they cut your salary also. DON'T EVER WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. They make you fool. Be aware of this and choose any other company.

When I work for Focus Edumatics, I felt a commitment devoid of tension. The only method of tutoring is through grammar-free chat. There will be study resources available. There is no time crunch, the Team provides high-quality training, and all mentors are more encouraging. Even though the payment is less, we appropriately receive it.

The slow growth process, salary is a little bit low compared to the other competitive company.

No matters how many sessions we took quality sessions,they doesnot matter.No Job security.Without proper intiamation or notice period they terminated.Not recommended to join this firm.

The company's work culture is really awesome. It provides timely training and development sessions as per the requirements. There is no target-based work. It also provides WFH opportunities when needed.

Dislikes

There is nothing as such which I dislike about Focus Edumatics. Coming to the salary part, it will increase based on the years we are serving here and the promotions we receive.
