My content team and immediate boss were quote cooperative and behaved really well.

They hired me in the mid of the month and promised to pay me the initial 1.5 months' salary in one-time. However, they miserably failed to do so even after repeated requests. Moreover, I was hired as a copywriter but then made to work as a content writer which I did not expect at all.

They did not pay my joining month's salary. I had joined on 16th September 2020 and was told that September's salary will be paid to me in November. But they did not. Instead they promised to pay it in January 2021. That also didn't happen. The worst part was that they kept giving irrational reasons for the delay. Moreover, the management is terrible and shrugs off its responsibilities.

Never work on this organization. Unnecessary they deduct the salary and salary date is 15th date or more.

This company is undoubtedly one of the worst places to work as an employee. There are no redeeming qualities to be found here. What's more, it's apparent that the company is resorting to self-promotion by commenting on its own posts to improve its tarnished reputation. I urge everyone to steer clear of this organization and seek an employer that genuinely values its employees and maintains transparency in its actions.

I strongly advise against considering this company as an employer. The work culture here is deeply troubling, with a disheartening practice of cutting off 60-70 percent of employees under the guise of performance. This creates an atmosphere of perpetual insecurity and fear. Moreover, the unreasonable expectation to work on weekends blurs the boundary between work and personal life. The conduct of tech leads only adds to the toxicity, displaying a lack of professionalism and respect. It's imperative to steer clear of this company and seek a workplace where your well-being and professional growth are genuinely valued.

- They do not pay salaries. If they plan to pay then the salary is given after 15th of every month. - They'll keep your 10th and 12th original marksheets for verification. - The culture is very poor. - They are unethical. - They harass the new recruits.
