...ly by giving a fake reason which ha no meaning. After that they didn't reply me. They didn't pay my last 2 months salary and hold my certificates that submitted during the joining. They promised that they will keep those certificates for 2 months. But, after 2 months when I asked them about my certificates, they started ignoring me.. This is fraud company. Each every positive review of this company are fake.

Salary date is 15-22 if 15 will be Saturday you will get your salary at 17 or 18. Just to say it's a 5 day working company but often it gets opens on Saturday and if you deny to work on then In reward you will get 2 days lose of payment.

This creates an atmosphere of perpetual insecurity and fear. Moreover, the unreasonable expectation to work on weekends blurs the boundary between work and personal life. The conduct of tech leads only adds to the toxicity, displaying a lack of professionalism and respect.
