I strongly advise against considering this company as an employer. The work culture here is deeply troubling, with a disheartening practice of cutting off 60-70 percent of employees under the guise of performance. This creates an atmosphere of perpetual insecurity and fear. Moreover, the unreasonable expectation to work on weekends blurs the boundary between work and personal life. The conduct of tech leads only adds to the toxicity, displaying a lack of professionalism and respect. Dislikes

Fluper never pay FNF (Full n Final Settlement) amount to their employee after leave the company. My Salary is also pending since july 2022. Fluper gives threat for spoil your verification in other company if you try get your dues. This rule is applicable to all who leave this company.

Read carefully they have there own team to make fake reviews this company is totally fake they will make your corporate life hell and Not in just covid 19 this company is literally hell for everyone before the covid.....there people serving 5 to 6 months notice period and they deduct your salary without even notifying you
