1. This company won't provide any offer letter at first after joining once 45 days completed then they will provide but employees has to ask the HR for offer letter 2. Unnecessary deductions in the salary they don't explain why they are deducting. 3. No professionalism 4.Notice period 60 working days it may be extended. 5. No properleave policy 6. Management is Not good in this company. 7. They say Notice period salary will be paid after 45 days of relieving after that they don't even respond to calls 8.
