...g in Junior level and doing most of the work for achieving the Department goals. Salary hike will not be awarded for the hard working/right person.

- Good working environment. - Timely salary. - A good canteen with hygienic food items.

- Too many politics within departments. - Promotions n increments are meant one who favours n close to their reporting managers. - There is no value for straight forward guys. - No job security.

...rtment CSD where humans are considered as money making machines having no life.. very poor pay master...

I love the fact that i was part of FLSmidth team. Since its a MNC and has global client base, one gets to travel a lot. The company culture is very supportive and friendly plus company has good benefits for the employees.

Dislikes

...per training, most of the times its like you are left alone in the battle field. The other issue is salary, Daily allowance should be increased a bit.

Salary and Incentives were not upto the mark. Job security is poor. Teammates were good and co-operative. Top Management has no concentration on the Middle and Lower Management staffs.
