Growth is slow, Package is average, though better than general Construction Company, work life balance is hard to maintain , job is very demanding.

Salary only on time, even get the salary on 28th of months when 30th falls on sunday.

Annual Layoff culture, No Job Security, Work pressure, Work Load, Unrealistic KPIs, No Promotion to employees, No work life balance, Every year around 300 people will be laid off that gives huge pressure to employees. Hire and Fire culture is fls strategy. good company for women employees. Bad managers make you to work all day by giving unrealistic project hours.

Yes, my company has prime concern on employees safety first. Very cautious in taking care of employee health and safety. Very supportive to work from home culture

We are very concerned about our job security during this pandemic situation. We are expecting job loss and pay cuts in near future which actually making us demotivating by any means.

... of DK. the desicions are only in favour of the mgt and never employee oriented. promotions and pay hikes are very nominal and also to only chamchas of the chamchas here in indian mgt. extra ordinary pressure and stress. meaningless micro supervision which leads to frustration and low quality of delivery. AND more......

Excellent organisation with nice benefits. work from home policy, Gender equality, Health Insurance and flexible timings.

Dislikes

...g in Junior level and doing most of the work for achieving the Department goals. Salary hike will not be awarded for the hard working/right person.
