I joined in as a fresher with no expectation, but at Floyd I have evolved as a more confident person. The training systems are very helpful in overall development of a person. My colleagues are very approachable & help me at every step of my career development. This is the best place to start your career.

My time with Floyd was a great learning n exposure experience. I was an introvert and the skills and training that Floyd provides has helped me come out of my comfort zone and I am Proud of that. Their work culture is very motivating for freshers to grow and learn new aspects of management.
