...ng good you should be sent to work with some good senior but they don't do that. And at first they'll tell there are no goals and to focus on ppts but if you don't get the sales goals they'll end up deducting our salary. They're not legally allowed to do it as it's mentioned fixed salary in the offer letter and there are no clauses regarding salary deduction due to perfomance. I have recieved only 15k out of 25k and you spend so much money and time just on travelling. Think twice before joining such companies.

Overall growth for Freshers in all management sectors, good opportunity for learning and starting a career. Lot of self improvements when it comes to communication & interpersonal skills. Fast paced growth for freshers.

I joined in as a fresher with no expectation, but at Floyd I have evolved as a more confident person. The training systems are very helpful in overall development of a person. My colleagues are very approachable & help me at every step of my career development. This is the best place to start your career.
