They don't treat you well when you're not doing good enough. Plus they send you to work alone which worsens it. Ideally if you are not doing good you should be sent to work with some good senior but they don't do that. And at first they'll tell there are no goals and to focus on ppts but if you don't get the sales goals they'll end up deducting our salary. They're not legally allowed to do it as it's mentioned fixed salary in the offer letter and there are no clauses regarding salary deduction due to perfomance. I have recieved only 15k out of 25k and you spend so much money and time just on travelling. Think twice before joining such companies....Read More

They are heartless and let go of employees just to retain others, showing a lack of fairness and humanity.The love and care shown towards you are only to retain you temporarily and will last for a short period of time. Once that time ends, the owners start thinking about removing you. So, for those who plan to join, kindly be cautious..it's completely field work.
