If your manager don't like you, you can be trapped. Pseudo HR policy. No one will hear you, though they have a campaign running named as "we listen" 😝. They say you will get a chance to get relocated, but when you apply for that they will not support.

...r old. I work as a CSA there, and there are so many issues in the voice process. It's the worst in terms of salary, timing, system, chair, and most importantly, cab allocation. Cabs are allocated during night or early day shifts, mostly from your home to the company. Sometimes, cab drivers may leave you and mark you absent in the app. After three absences, you will have to pay 500 Rs. And even when you try to raise the issue, they don't want to solve it. The most important thing is that when you are selected after three rounds of interviews, after waiting for the whole day, they will tell you to come back another day. And before that, they will have you sign a paper for the night shift. Mostly, they will not inform you that you will be paid only 300 per day during training. I was also not informed about this, and the training will be a minimum of 40 days. You will have to buy headphones with your own money. Salary is the most significant issue here. They don't want to pay even your training amount, and then the trainer will say something to you, and then a new trainer will say another thing. Coffee is free in the cafeteria, but one day a friend of mine found some insects in the coffee. Thank God I didn't drink from there. If you want to destroy your life, then surely go and check. Every person working there will tell you about these issues. The managers only exaggerate and do nothing. They have no interest at all in resolving your issues. They come every day and threaten that you will be expelled for this and that, and give empty warnings. They also mention that you will not be paid if you do certain things.
