Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

I’m really thankful for my company that had given me the opportunity from where I could start my carrier. I learnt many things from there.

My overall experience is okay, i like their working environment and also provide travel facility totally free of cost I really appreciate for this .

Their is no carrier growth and no chance for innovation and learning new things and their is no hike in basic salary.

It helped me to improve my communication skills and how to deal with different people.

Dislikes

Growth was very slow and salary package was not satisfying. Environment was not friendly and seniors like team leaders were not helping(except my own team leader) if i ask. Way of talking was very rude of senior(except managers) if there is any mistake happened, work pressure was very high because listening other for 8 hours continously is not an easy task. Hence major reason for leave the job was that environment was not friendly at all.

...e. During my time there, I faced severe health issues, including a panic attack. Despite this, instead of understanding my situation, the company held my salary for one month and gave untrue reason for my resignation. It was very difficult time for me both physically and emotionally. Holding my salary during such a challenging period felt unfair and insensitive. I expected better support and understanding from the company. I hope no one else has to face such treatment in the future.
