This organization provides a decent salary hike for experienced candidates, specially those who have an experience in travel industry with GDS knowledge. Also if you are good at your communication skills+ sales then you are definitely a good candidate for the company. Incentives are provided and they are pretty high compared to any other travel process/domain.

Dislikes

Poor management, no pf, no medical insurance/policies provided by the organization. There's hell lot of politics. Poor training and development facilities.

There is nothing which can be likeable in FlightsMojo’s. The main boss doesn’t know how to run a business. Never get ready to work in this company. Harsh khemani is just a kid who hear things from his own fellow employees and take decisions. If you will try to explain things to him he will definitely going to behave unprofessionally.

Dislikes

Only office is good rest people working there are not even happy & comfortable. They are seriously robbing people(customers) of India. Never trust their cheap availability of flight prices. The will never recieve your call & not gonna return your money. Also there is no system for any profile so strictly don’t go there for any job.
