They don't support or allow you to take loss of pay even when your family is in critical condition need to resign the job to support family. They hired Cisco cirtification engineer to support jabber WebEx sx10 sx20 video conference system but need to work with Microsoft email department no access to networking department. This was very difficult me to explain my manager if I need to do troubleshoot on jabber we should have CUCM access. Few cannot be changed in flex they don't adopt new challenges because manager follow old tradition....

Management is not good Salary hike is literally 0 Promotion will be done on top management level only no one else will have chace for promotion unless you are management's son in-law

* Team leaders & supervisors are dumbs everyone * Salary is too low compare to our hard work . * there are so many Safety issues * no one allows to go to the restroom ( especially women not allowed to go) * We can't improve our skills . * Totally unsure / unsatisfied job.

Very bad politics, Toxic work culture, Manger will harass torchure, call you even on holidays, he will call you and take KPI meeting for 3 hrs, be aware of manager Rodnee Clifferd, AA team Assistant Manager, if you get a offer first check the manager name,

Here we can't expect more appraisal as they just don't pay well here once you get experienced in this company.
