They hired Cisco cirtification engineer to support jabber WebEx sx10 sx20 video conference system but need to work with Microsoft email department no access to networking department. This was very difficult me to explain my manager if I need to do troubleshoot on jabber we should have CUCM access. Few cannot be changed in flex they don't adopt new challenges because manager follow old tradition....
