1. I like first the clarity of picture about my role and responsibility, clear understanding of company journey. 2. 1. Work Culture 2. Gadho ko high level positions pe baitha rkha hai jinhe khudko nhi pata kya krna h. Vo unke khud k experience se 10 15 saal k upar k logo ko supervise krte hai. 3. Your resignation is nightmare to them. Suddenly you'll be treated as outsider. They'll not do your full and final even after 6 months of leaving. 3. The HR Team is dumbest in the company. They don't know about the work flows of an AEC Industry.
