Being in a job , work life balance is main factor for personal and professional life and that i am able to maintain here. 3. Hybrid Mode of working as per company requirement and family needs. 4. Company culture is good and gives work satisfaction. 5. Interview Process was really appreciable as they conveyed clear requirement. 6. Promotion process what i feel at current , they have good structure.

I would say that sometimes employee those who are not in limelight are not appreciated and appraised. Otherwise it's a good company to learn and grow.

1. Work Culture 2. Gadho ko high level positions pe baitha rkha hai jinhe khudko nhi pata kya krna h. Vo unke khud k experience se 10 15 saal k upar k logo ko supervise krte hai. 3. Your resignation is nightmare to them. Suddenly you'll be treated as outsider. They'll not do your full and final even after 6 months of leaving. 3. The HR Team is dumbest in the company. They don't know about the work flows of an AEC Industry.
