Need to be competitive for salary, facilities like food, etc they spend lot on office but not on people not sure why. No proper canteen , employee benifits are less. Work culture is good, good on technical skill development etc.

Sapience tool where we need to log 8 hrs but for that we need to move the mouse 11 hrs.
8 hrs in office must , no WFH option
sudden layoff even if you gave 100% to work (That's what i did : )
No benefits except health insurance

4)No Job security, laying off people without valid reasons.
5) Sapience is big headache
Fiserv used to be a good org but after it's merger with Firstdata it became pathetic day by day.

...of system for a min of 10 -11 hrs
Zero job security they just read a script and lay off people
Forget about appraisals arnd pay increament
A d micromanagement is the essence of this org.
The list goes on and on
1) SAPIENCE- A tool that is supposed to calculate your productivity but is actually something because of which people are most unproductive
2) They are not running a company but a school where you need to reach office at a certain time and stay there for 8 hours, even if there’s not much to do
3) They cannot accept the fact that we have a life outside office and we are expected to be available even after office hours
4) Very less hike and 1 promotion may take atleast 4-5 years
5) No interesting or challenging work, you will not learn anything. Just follow the preset rules. No place for innovation and effort.
6) No value for efficiency.
