98% employees dress code is businesses casual, still it varies department and process wise..why 2% are forced to wear formals... suggest this should be equal for all.... businesses casual.

Too many. No job security. Micro management with sapience tool. Not employees friendly environment. Higher management only give value to report not to work. One small example people who don't have work keep clicking with mouse and sepience tool consider as he is working another person really work hard but don't give importance to this tool but Fiserv only give priority to people who keep on clicking with mouse not to working one. Job security in -100% every day employee should be in fear what to hear tomorrow even when he/she work hard. Every day they change decisions like hidden *conditions apply. I like Fiserv India when it was not merged with First data. Leadership team is inefficient in using internal tools. Always keep asking repeat data.

Communication transperency is not there. HR team does not work independently. Leaders don't follow policies. They discrimination based on location.
