They demotivate employees by saying what are you doing special for this company that you need salary hike or promotion even if the candidate really deserve.

Wrost management full of politics by higher management, manager only focused on providing more work no hike, no respect always micro management with lot of politics, no recognition for your work. No job security, no training after joining the team only Useless KT given to adopt the team. No support form team members. No growth here.

Management (every management is in chennai now) - They are not promoting anyone in noida or gurugram, complete politics. Work life balance is worst US people are far away better than chennai people.
