...de you too are active and want to learn. Company have options for permanent Wfh. Appraisals are good but there is no bonus.

There is a lot of politics at senior level. Senior resources/management do not listen to the resources working on ground. There are some of the senior resources who works only to create unnecessary pressure on team. Notice period is of 75 Days. With recent projects the training is not given to new resources. They are expected to learn the product while working on it.

Yes I really Like to work at FIS but Job Promotions & Salary hike are not as expected. It's really good for those guys who are joining this organisation with Good Hike & want a stable life ahead. For those like me who are at initial phase of learning & want to earn more money should go for some other company

The flexibility you get in work. Variable pay would be almost 90 to 100 percent every time

Some time WLB go into toss. Again depends on the project. Generally its like any other product based companies strictly following process

They doesn't cut QIP. Insurance policy is good. Good work life balance

Salary hike. Lot of politics for appraisal. Managers doesn't care about employee. When any issue occurs or release failure, the blaming comes to employee or team. If it successful, then the higher management takes credit.

...under them. when I was serving notice period the manager assigned me a POC task. At the time of performance bonus discussion, for which I was eligible, he did not give me any bonus saying that I did not complete the implementation. This was unfair as it was not possible to implement in one month's time which he was aware of. Later, more than 5-6 month's time was given by him and the TL as part of the implementation plan. I was very disappointed as I had 3 job offers but I chose FIS as it was considered employee friendly company. I will never forget this experience.
