Worst culture. Lot of toxic seniors who always threaten their colleagues. People are more interested im showing off thier work than learning new things and supporting team member.

Here you can Change the teams on the basis of current skills, like in service based companies we can change project directly if we don't want to work in current team.

Got the exposure on various network technologies. FIS follow quarterly cycle for variable pay and pay almost 100% which is good compared to service base companies.

Dislikes

Very disappointing appraisal cycle. Throughout the year I have reported to one manager and at the time of final review Suddenly Manager Change ( Happened 3 times) which affect my appraisal.

Nothing is like just working and getting salary

Only leadership are getting salary hike and getting promotion there No my growth in 5 years FIS destroyed my career. Due to 75 days notice period it's very hard to change the company.
