...is extreme, lot to learn but there is no job security due to team lead politics. No salary growth, our ideas doesn't work until we are good with managers and team lead. Managers doesn't bother they just approve what ever team lead says.

Politics, management is completely waste. Managers are puppets in the hands of team leads. Team leads play major role.

...back then was really nice but once it was converted into DXC everything changed. Absolutely 0 job security n compensation was pathetic

HR system is fine,hence anyone can raise his/ her issue in the portal and they got the reply within time periid

...rospect, onsite DXC's management is not able to maintain the employee's problem. Salary deduction is more, that is not acceptable as per the market situation
