They offer market relevant Salary for referrals but after they do not provide any increment after that and in few years your compensation is way below market average. The deal with worldpay made FIS loose million $ due to which they decided to spin off the worldpay in a huge loss. Surprisingly the new CEO is the only one who benefited from that deal because she is from world pay and joined FIS after that deal. Future seems catastrophic as good employees are leaving due to no hikes . In last 3 years, all employees have received hike only once and FIS is not ready to provide "market correction" to hard working loyal employees who stayed with company in its difficult time.

Likes

The top leadership (exec) is trying to improve, which is good. But the GDO management is very old school, and quite resistant adapting to the change.

Dislikes

1. Job mapping is a total mess 2. Salary hike 3. Culture 4. Management 5. Super surprize - your manager knows everything about your salary. In many other more sophisticated orgs, it is supposed to be confidential and your direct supervisor doesn't have that kind of access.

...under them. when I was serving notice period the manager assigned me a POC task. At the time of performance bonus discussion, for which I was eligible, he did not give me any bonus saying that I did not complete the implementation. This was unfair as it was not possible to implement in one month's time which he was aware of. Later, more than 5-6 month's time was given by him and the TL as part of the implementation plan. I was very disappointed as I had 3 job offers but I chose FIS as it was considered employee friendly company. I will never forget this experience.

... 3.Allocation of easy funds and adding work gradually which is very comfortable. Salary is decent , Night shift allowances are Good.

There is nothing to dislike about FIS, If you are learning and performing you will be in good shape.

FIS compensate quite less nd expect to do lot. Work life balance takes a toll. Ppl have to work in US shifts nd night allowance is good but if you're staring as an associate then your 30 days NSA would be equal to salary FIS offers for a month.

Dislikes

Workload is more than compensation. No Indian leaves are given. Work life balance is pathetic.
