The company really respect it's employees. Even in pandemic they have offered huge financial incentives to its employees with no pay cuts and bonus impact. It proves company goes beyond to do anything for its employees. Compensation structure is also far better than Others. U feel as one family here. Growth is slow but that's okay. Leadership is also very supportive in maintaining balanced work life

My overall experience is good. Work culture and work life balance depends on which team you are working. FIS has good health insurance benefits; they have Tuition Assistance Program which is good benefit if you want to get domain related courses. If you are in right team and you perform well, then you will definitely get rewarded.

Dislikes

... should provide free ESOP for employees who worked for more than 3 or 5 years. Because of continuous cost cutting, compensation benefit is less as compared to peers.

No extra monetary benefits & reimbursements which large MNCs usually give. No annual bonus, low yearly appraisal compared to other org, Bad & incompetent lower level managers in some of the processes & teams causing bad work culture and gap between company's culture & culture in those teams they intentionally bottleneck yearly appraisal percentage at their end although it happens in some teams not in entire org. No perks like regular yearly reimbursements amount for gadgets used for doing job wfh just one time credit, no reimbursements towards physical & mental wellbeing like gym membership reimbursement/yoga classes and all.

Likes

The team is great. Work content is good and keeps you exploring and learning new things. Flexibility to work hours for people who are mature enough to not misuse it.

Dislikes

Bureaucracy is high and takes forever sometimes to get a decision. Salary is low compared to market and wrong companies are considered for benchmarking salaries. Leadership in certain departments is not good and accountability is missing. Ethic department is spineless.

...and its policy is very good. FIS is a big brand and learning is also on point. The pay is not much but yes satisfaction is 100%

Dislikes

Sometimes recognition is low as to what work is done. Also the yearly hike and bonus are low. The team matters and the your relation to manager too.
