1.Based on market am getting the salary package properly, I raised this concern so many times to my superiors, but there is no use in it.. 2.Intially fis said that we have perminant WFH and they were dropped an email too, but now superiors pushing to WFO. For me, it's to difficult to come. I will be happy if someone consider these points and take the action.

...ways Night Shifts No festivals No deepavali bonus and sweets USA based shifts Not getting exact variable pay(which is mentioned in offer letter) amount on every quarter. Senior ppl's will not teach anything about product to juniors. All about the team which you go and that team manager but Company is good.

Very good company to work with. You will get a chance to work on all latest technology.Managers are very friendly.good hikes and bonuses if performance is good. Managers are very supportive

Biased team No proper recognition for the efforts Hiring is bad Salary is not based on performance Putting all the work on person who do Work life balance is not good sometimes total stress falls on single person and need to work day and night

No extra monetary benefits & reimbursements which large MNCs usually give. No annual bonus, low yearly appraisal compared to other org, Bad & incompetent lower level managers in some of the processes & teams causing bad work culture and gap between company's culture & culture in those teams they intentionally bottleneck yearly appraisal percentage at their end although it happens in some teams not in entire org. No perks like regular yearly reimbursements amount for gadgets used for doing job wfh just one time credit, no reimbursements towards physical & mental wellbeing like gym membership reimbursement/yoga classes and all.
