The company is not so good... Very bad experiance they are giving lots of etc work to do actually they forcing to do work more then the target which they giving day to day

Compensation is decent growth is also slow the work pressure is very very high. I have to work more then my actual working hours

The tech stack is not on par with cutting edge tech we see these days.In financial industry,it's definitely a drawback since they don't try to adapt to new tech or tools easily.takes time.

1. Work culture is bad. 2. Compensation is below standard. You will not be paid for your skills and value add. 3. Management is not trust worthy 4. FIS doesn't have a progressive work culture. It is functioning like in stone age. 5. Leadership is old and not futuristic thinking. 6. There is extremely high beaurocracy. 7. You won't get growth opportunity.
