-They don’t provide full salary as committed. They will give a meal card forcefully and give 2k salary in that card and show it as food allowance this was not informed -They don’t provide petty cash on time Its always delay by more than 1 month and force to celebrate customers bday on store they want manager’s to spend from their pocket. When we take follow up from RM and AOM they say there is only one guy working for it and we have so many stores thats y it gets delayed. You will get with in 2-3 days and then it keeps getting delayed -While joining they say about incentives which my team have never received -AOM switch off their phones on sunday -And they dont give any authority to managers Even the team attendance goes for approval to AOM directly -Manager cant give discounts without AOM approval -If manager say something to the CRO and if the CRO complains then all HR and AOM will blame the manager without knowing the true story. -Zero support from the management.

Dislikes

...give a single rupee . In-store any health issue, cotton boxes lift fall down .. take a sick leave cut the salary deduction management not a payslip or offer letter don't join this company no growth no use

Good place to work. If store performance well.

Dislikes

They hire manager with high salary. They will use well. When situation turns wrong ,if store not performing well. They ask us please leave . They know all the truth why store not performing. But they blame keep manager. Every year they try to shuffle managers force fully

Work culture and management is quit good its help to improve and learn to some new skills

Dislikes

...same brands everything is same so why store are getting this type of partiality. company has launched paid Club membership policy (with a lots a condition) to help to buy clothes with voucher discounts every month but it's making any sense when we have already have a opportunity to buy apparel in huge discounts on same products without paying any amount. Employees are getting lots of pressure and disappointment because of low sallery problem as per compare to their job profile. Some staff From company management side are being very rude and over smart with Us they are treating to us like we are fools But they are not liable to paying sallery to us because our store owner are liable to pay our sallery ,so we are stucked between our store owner and company and it's a very massive and stressful situation and that's why lots of staff are resigning their jobs Their is no facilities or any incentives, pf, or ther benefits from company side
