There is no job security, team leader manager HR everyone is doing politics, if you made any mistake they will play politics and terminate from company no job security

On time salary in account this the only one thing for this i like about working at first source BPO ltd

if you terminate or they terminates you (due to process mistake) they then least bothered to give salary or Full n final settlement they start blaming and even does not allow to enter premises...thats really dislikes about this company where we had given so much of our time.

Salary was competitive compared to the market.

No WFH option even if there is a possibility from the process perspective, Terrible office culture because of politics from the management as well as the agents and HRs intervention was not timely. Management will call you and threaten you regarding your job even if you are a performer and achiever but do not do things their way because they are looking for all the credit.

...ited employee voice and the perception that HR holds an upper hand in decisions. Issues like unclear salary deductions and the lack of adequate support systems for employees create dissatisfaction. Additionally, upgrading the infrastructure could significantly enhance the overall work environment and employee experience.

...unsure with promotion and upskilling and gives vague answers if asked questions. Salary hike are next to nothing every year.
