if you terminate or they terminates you (due to process mistake) they then least bothered to give salary or Full n final settlement they start blaming and even does not allow to enter premises...thats really dislikes about this company where we had given so much of our time.

Dislikes

No WFH option even if there is a possibility from the process perspective, Terrible office culture because of politics from the management as well as the agents and HRs intervention was not timely. Management will call you and threaten you regarding your job even if you are a performer and achiever but do not do things their way because they are looking for all the credit.
