I don't don't know how to they have pay very less salary and growth and increment very slow.. manager are very poor... do anything but without politics you can go away ..manager bhi apni wife ko dal rahe Hain ab toh😆😆. Their isnt equality at work. All leaders arnt treated the same. Few leaders gets lods of benifits due to their connections with Managers and few who choose to show that reality won't be treated well. So in short u need to just follow the norms of the skillset even if it is against your ethics and values.

They give salary on time and less pressure at job

There is no job security, the TL and managers act like strict teachers at the school. No fun at all. We all should work as robot, we are allowed to speak only two words "yes sir" or "okay sir". The Firstsource company shut down our process and fired 400+ employees. This is not lie.

Work environment is average. Management needs to improve. Appraisals are fair. They give good hike and incentives. More opportunities to grow. Job security is a concern.

There is no job security. Poor hiring team as they provide good package for non deserving candidates and poor packages to deserving candidates. Poor management.

On time salary, freedom of work. Easy to reach higher authorities. If employee having any issues they will take care like them own family. We can explore our new ideas

Politics from the manager. Not all manager only some people
