People from operations especially trainers are not cooperating with QA and supporting all the users regardless of the incorrectly worked accounts. Also the company has terminated me in BGV and it was not my decision to quit the company. Also the company has terminated a lot of people like me even after insisting them not to do so.

...agement is transparent. Manager is also stand by at any difficulties/challenges. Good appraisal & they give good salary hike.

I had great experience working with the first source it is really a good company to work with.The working atmosphere is really awesome no late setting no work pressure. The important features about FS is working environment. It's very good.

Dislikes

Everything is perfect but the only sad part is salary and yearly increments. It's very very poor u can't expect to cross even 15k in 5 years. That disappointe u and affect your personal life (due to low salary)break your confidence, your skills and talent.

Salary package is better when compared to other companies like Wipro, Cognizant, Sutherland BPO Companies

Dislikes

They'll treat you like labourers, no work life balance, they not at all value their employees and no leaves even after 6 months also the leave policy is there. I not at all prefer anyone to come this side. until and unless you are in a desperate need of money or job

I wasn't fired. And I was given freedom to try to designing which helped to gain knowledge. But also faced difficulties by not have clear info of what the really want. Ceo has struggling to explain his work needs.

Dislikes

I was demanded to work for three brands but my salary wasn't increased. I used to work for 10 or even 10.30 pm. But still my work was not recognized. I was offered WFH but Ceo demanded to come and work in office. But they offer permission to shift the timing but I didn't want to take advantage of it . I use to work over time for them.
