...n't like management.. manager are poor all they don't know how to managed work.. Work environment is average. Management needs to improve. Appraisals are fair. They give good hike and incentives. More opportunities to grow. Job security is a concern.

Dislikes

There is no job security. Poor hiring team as they provide good package for non deserving candidates and poor packages to deserving candidates. Poor management.

All things are good especially job security always good, TL managers are very supportive and helpful overall first source very good starting for freshers they learn lot of things in this company

Dislike is senior associate getting low salary compared to newly joiners yearly increment is also very low

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.

I joined the company on Jan’23 as an associate with 3.8 LPA. Later I got promoted as QA on sept’23 and After 1 year I got it in papers on sept’24. Now my pay is 4.5 LPA and my fellow colleagues who joined from different companies are getting 9-14 LPA. What should I do?
