Just the recruitment Team is good helping the candidate to get hired.

...ring 3 rounds of interview I was told I was not selected but without any reason. Ops manager just wrote rejected on a paper and the recruitment team is like did you discuss package or you might have over experience for this position. There is no clear communication on what's the main reason for not hiring. Even after clearing every round of interview.

...n't like management.. manager are poor all they don't know how to managed work.. I don't don't know how to they have pay very less salary and growth and increment very slow.. manager are very poor... do anything but without politics you can go away ..manager bhi apni wife ko dal rahe Hain ab toh😆😆. This is all politics

There is no job security, the TL and managers act like strict teachers at the school. No fun at all. We all should work as robot, we are allowed to speak only two words "yes sir" or "okay sir". The Firstsource company shut down our process and fired 400+ employees. This is not lie.

Nothing is positive in working with First Source.

They will not specify anything they will do, including your salary pay... I mean salary is fixed on some components but they fluctuate as per their needs. They will treat you like you are their salves. they will not increase your salary even after putting your efforts. They won't pay Overtime, even after you had done it. Environment is very narrow minded. They are incapable in terms of everything you can name of, starting from your groming till mindset (out of the box). Pathetic company i must say, i don't know how the share valued had rose for the company from 35 to 180. Bad and worst people on planet earth.

All things are good especially job security always good, TL managers are very supportive and helpful overall first source very good starting for freshers they learn lot of things in this company

Dislike is senior associate getting low salary compared to newly joiners yearly increment is also very low
