...ree food/snacks. No gym. No library. MGMT people had cunning mind. No promotion. No hike. Maximum appraisal is 9%. Minimum is 4%.freshers would get frustrated always here.

Unless you get into sky process, please don't opt unless you're a fresher. Firstly the pay is less than market value and they will keep changing your process as per their requirements. While the changes they do not consider any incentives amount and pay you less than the previous process! Too much politics in a few processes, how hard you work doesn't make any difference.

...unsure with promotion and upskilling and gives vague answers if asked questions. Salary hike are next to nothing every year.
