Pros : Good for freshers Gain good Learning in BFSI Payments Domain. Good teammates. Can use the knowledge for a good switchover in Payments.

Dislikes

No training.Need to learn everthing byself. Less compensation for freshers No work life balance .Need to sit more then 10 -12 hrs /day. Appraisal in not satisfactory. Too much politics in terms of Management as there are 3 Partners in a company.

It was my first company so it helped me to establish my career in this field.

Dislikes

If you have freshly started your career you won't get that much salary and appraisal. And you won't get facilities like free transport, gymnasium, canteen, work from home etc.

- Completing 9 hours is mandatory. - Rarely you will get to work on new projects. - No new technology implementation on projects. - No work from home policy. - Alternate working saturday.

...nice. In lockdown also company gave full salary. Colleagues are very supportive. Salary on time. Alternate sat off all sun off

Unscheduled night works. No Appreciation. No proper process. No Comp Off for extra work and you can't ask for the same. If you have ordered food in over time for night, direct Mr.Rahul Ayyapan has the issue , u cannot have above 200/250. If you do director is looking and scolding. Director does not have sense how to talk to employees. HR is also employee of management. They will never listen you. There is bad manager in Digital Banking who is giving wrong information to the company for work going on.

...d their technical things for which you are going to sale in market. Never join. If you are satisfy in your company and only salary matters than stay and stick there, it will increase one day but once your satisfaction will be gone you can not recover. No office for the sitting. No holiday off for you because of sale even though client is on holiday.
