I have learnt a lot from finacus solutions. it's the standard company anyone would like to work with. About Job Security, this company never laid off their employees during covid at such trying times! Appraisal---- if you got the right skills and techniques, company pays off ur dedication towards work! :)) You will get to know about banking systems and lot more about fintech.

Till lock down, everything was nice. In lockdown also company gave full salary. Colleagues are very supportive. Salary on time. Alternate sat off all sun off

Unscheduled night works. No Appreciation. No proper process. No Comp Off for extra work and you can't ask for the same. If you have ordered food in over time for night, direct Mr.Rahul Ayyapan has the issue , u cannot have above 200/250. If you do director is looking and scolding. Director does not have sense how to talk to employees. HR is also employee of management. They will never listen you. No work life balance. No Rest. 7 days on travelling. Threatening and daily basis 3 times Reporting and geo tracking for the location. Repeated call and sale will be happened in a year and you panic on daily basis. No time for home and social life. Disconnected from life and family. No learning and improvement No training and you don't know the product specifications nd their technical things for which you are going to sale in market. Never join.
