Unrealistic expectations from directors. No work life balance. You have to make yourself available for almost 16 hours to cover-up the US-India time window. Absolutely no vision in the company. Sometimes you are made scapegoat for someone else's mistake.

Pros: Feuji is a place if you are good in following: 1. Politics 2. Gossips 3. Spying on others 4. If you don’t have a personal life. 5. If you are from Telangana.

Dislikes

...think you will get a good hike. They will make you cry for your own money. 5. Variable pay they won’t give completely. 6. No job security they can remove you anytime. 7. Management is worst. Note: I am sharing my 2 years experience with feuji. Saw it on top in starting everything was so good until the management change and after the restructuring of organisation oh god it’s became a place no one should be in. If you are joining feuji. My condolences is with you and all the best.

This is not a company, it is family business being run by multiple people. Work culture is too bad. They micro manage everything. HR is just the puppet of the management.

Without informing they hire you on short time contract and until contract gets complete nothing will be shared. Hire and fire. Worst place to work

1. No no work life balance. 2. Strech each and every day and almost we every weekend are working 3. Revoked wfh 4. No growth. No any project. In existing project lot of micro management 5. Don’t go to company to disturb you mentally and healthy
